Detox water



Sliced fruits with fresh water , that macerate for hours or days. By macerating , the fruits free their vitamins and antioxydants that participate in the liver detox.

/!\ All the fruits do not have the same effects. Same fruits are more affluent in vitamins and antioxydants.

  1. Lemon
  2. Berries (any kind)
  3. Watermelon

In summer its your perfect partner during the day to stay hydrated !

Watermelon Detox Water recipe :

  • 1 2L Jar
  • 1.5L Water
  • 1/2 or 1 watermelon (depends on much you want in your water)
  • few mints leaves

Lemon Detox Water recipe :                                                    

  • 1 2L jar
  • 1.5L water
  • 1 big cucumber or 2 small cucumbers
  • 2 lemons
  • few mint leaves or basil leaves

Pour the water in the jar

Add the mint/basil leaves

Cut the watermelon/lemons/cucumber as you wish and add it in the water

Put the jar in the fridge for 24 hours
