This week was full of Fashion inspiration , BAFTA, the Pre-gala Grammy party , Grammy Brunch …

“Grammy, is an honor awarded by The Recording Academy to recognize outstanding achievement in the mainly English-language music industry. The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and the presentation of those awards that have a more popular interest”

The night is basically the most important one for the music industry, all the nominated artists and most known singers are here to celebrate music throughout this night. I hope you’ll love my selection, it was very hard to choose , I have to pick a certain number otherwise this article would be 52641 meters long haha ❤

Europe watched the Super Bowl too !

The most watched sport event worldwide , had its halftime performance , slayed by Lady Gaga. She is an amazing artist and singer , I love her new Album Joanne , very unexpected for the POP singer she is/was. We all remember “Just Dance” or “Bad Romance” , her extravangant clothes , she would always have people talk about her Fashion wise or Singing.

I am not a big fan of the colors , but the whole outfit together works quite well ! I love the football clutch , soo cute. High waisted styled and high collar jumpsuit is fantastic. The shoes alone I would not be a fan , but it fits perfectly with this outfit.

The top looks amaazing , the “plumped” sleeves with organza or chiffon, I am in love.

The skirt , short in front and very long at the back , the definition of sexy. Perfect.

The shoes are classic , they fit with everything. Thats great that its another material so her look doesn’t seem “dead” or “monotone”.

The glasses to look cool. It makes sense.

Shiny blue-purple-black bodysuit with the shoulders pad, those pads are like a Gaga signature to me when it comes to her outfit choices. It’s a good choice. And the matching shoes, may be something fully black could have looked better may be ? Black latex boots?

I am a food lover , and don’t get me wrong but the food there (as I imagine it) is amazing ! Just sushi already I mean come on !!! The soups , salads … I have always been curious about their mushroom soups ! They look a bit weird don’t you think ???

Should we mention the huge culture shock ? Mangas, Pop music,Geisha, Kawaii stuff, video games ??? I mean Japan is a big cultural shock ? I mean do I need to even say more haha .

Life update #2

On this November 6th. Things have moved a little since my last life update … if you don’t follow me on Instagram , you might still be stuck from when I was not even in Denmark yet…

On this November 6th. Things have moved a little since my last life update … if you don’t follow me on Instagram , you might still be stuck from when I was not even in Denmark yet.

After 2 months here , I couldn’t join a study because I did pass the “TOEFL” test , which is an english certification test for universities , to certify your english level.

In September When we moved to Aalborg , we didn’t have an appartment yet , we were just praying for one. Until then , we had to stay in a hostel with 4 other students ALL WAITING FOR AN APPARTMENT TOO ! We were both pissed and I was sad because this isn’t what I signed for you know ? I was excepting at least a private room or something… I thought we were 100% to get a place before he starts studies when I left Lyon I was VERY WRONG , I didn’t understand how the system worked . Anyways , we figured out that he would live with his sister (she is in Aalborg but in a 20m² appartment) and me with his mom, she lives 1h30 away from Aalborg , so it was not THAT BAD, we would see eachother every week end. SO , after this , we moved from the hostel let’s say … 5h after we came ? we took a cab and went directly to a hotel “Jomfru Ane Hotel” , very nice hotel in the “bar/party” street haha ! We had the breakfast with the room for free , so we hung out the first day around Aalborg , the second day , my boyfriend had to go to school , so I spent the whole day with his lovely sister , we got to know eachother a little bit more, it was a really nice day ! After this , we drove to his mom’s house , where I actually stayed 1 month ! I enjoyed being there , I got to know his mom ALOT ,she is a wonderful woman, I am so grateful I could stay there for a month.

1st of October , I go to my boyfriend’s dad’s house to pack up everything so the day after we could live early and get THE SHIT DONE FAST haha !

2nd of October, living for Aalborg , 3 hours drive … I basically slept the whole time haha. Finally there ! No a fan of the building , but the appartment is nice , simple and a big closet  ! So no problemo , but no time! We all go to IKEA , to shop furniture and stuff  … THE MOST EXCITING MOMENT OF MY LIFE MUHAHAHAH !!! It reminds me when I was little with my cousin we would love shopping for cooking stuff etc… I couldn’t be happier at this time to see this thing happen ! Am I overreacting or … ?? haha , we stayed there 2 hours , got a bed , a desk .. READY TO START THIS LIFE ! It took us 2 days to unpack everything and make it look great ! (here is some photos)

I got my fitness subcription for the month, I must pay full price (50€) since I don’t have a CPR yet !

1st November, papers filled up for my registration in Denmark, after that I can finally be like a danish citizen  , I filmed my first video for Youtube ! I need to edit it and change few little things , it’s just going to be an introduction video. I will let you guys know when it’ll be uploaded ❤

  Your body needs fat , I know how crazy it sounds your body needs it for mental efficiency (manage your mood , fight fatigue …), simply because the brain is composed nearly by 60% of fat, healthy fats are also vital for proper brain development and function. The answer isn’t cutting out the fat, it’s learning to make healthy choices and to replace bad fats with good ones that promote health and well-being.

They are different types of fat :

Unsaturated fats (Monounsaturated fats, Polyunsaturated fats)

Unsaturated fats, are considered beneficial fats because they can improve blood cholesterol levels, ease inflammation, stabilize heart rhythms, and play a number of other beneficial roles. Found in plants like nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and seafood.

Saturated Fats

All foods containing fat have a mix of specific types of fats. Even healthy foods like chicken and nuts have small amounts of saturated fat, though much less than the amounts found in beef, cheese, and ice cream also found in animal foods, like meat and butter, as well as coconut and palm oil. Often deemed unhealthy for your heart, but research is equivocal. “Some sources are actually good for us,” says Brianna Elliott, RD, a nutritionist based in St. Paul, Minn.

Trans Fats

Trans fatty acids, more commonly called trans fats, are made by heating liquid vegetable oils in the presence of hydrogen gas and a catalyst, a process called hydrogenation. Found in fried foods, baked goods, and processed snack foods.

Olive oil is particularly healthy because it’s high in monounsaturated fat, shown to help lower cholesterol when replacing saturated fat. Great for your heart thanks to its monosaturated. High amount of antioxydant which your cells from damage.

Famous for its own “diet” in the mediterranean area , said the best diet to live long and healthy.

Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin A and protein. Fatty fish like salmon not only make you feel full, they help power your brain. The type of omega-3 fat found in salmon is the potent EPA and DHA Studies show that people who eat fish tend to be much healthier, with a lower risk of heart disease, depression, dementia and all sorts of common diseases.

It supports healthy skin and hormone balance while promoting digestive health as a rich form of fiber.

It also contains theobromine, a powerful antioxidant shown to help reduce inflammation and lower blood pressure. Now we know that a daily chunk of dark chocolate, which is a source of healthy fats, actually protects the heart. Researchers from Louisiana State University reported that when you eat dark chocolate, good gut microbes like Bifidobacterium and lactic acid bacteria feast on it and they grow and ferment it, which produces anti-inflammatory compounds that protect your cardiovascular health. The sweet may also keep you slim. One study published in Archives of Internal Medicine found that folks who eat chocolate five times a week have a lower BMI and are about 6 pounds lighter than those who don’t eat any.

But it’s time to regard these crunchy add-ons as more than a garnish and as the nutritional powerhouses they are. Seeds like pumpkin, hemp, flax (grind these in a coffee grinder to release nutrients), chia, and sunflower are rich in monounsaturated fats like omega-3 fatty acids, which suppress inflammation. They’re also a good source of protein, fiber, and vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, iron, and magnesium. “Pumpkin seeds have been found to be especially helpful for balancing blood sugar,” says Stanford University nutrition scientist Stacy Sims, PhD.
